Examples are vitamin D and Calcium which work together in ensuring the development of strong and healthy bones. Taking vegetables is necessary for the provision of antioxidants which the body needs to fight the aging of cells. Taking fruits and vegetables regularly can also improve one's mood and general performance.

When exercising as an athlete, it is important to do it well. The longer you spend in your training, the likelier you will do better than the others. Use different kinds of drills so that you won't be stressing a particular group of muscles to the point that they get injured. Rest is also vital.
