Now what yoga would do is that it will make the alignment of the spine straight and it will also make the back muscles stronger and more flexible making the back less susceptible to pains and aches.

Of course massages would also be really good if one would often have recurring pains. Now if one is always stressed from work or overuses his body, then he will definitely be susceptible to backaches. This is because the stress builds up tension and bunches the muscles. So in order to cure this, it is good to have massages at least once in a week.

Of course taking supplements will be really good for backaches too. Some recommended ones would be flaxseed oil, zinc tablets, calcium tablets, and also magnesium tablets. Now the thing about taking supplements is that one has to be consistent otherwise it will not work.
